Code Review
Construction Code Consultants provides building code review services to Architects, Engineers, plan designers and owners on commercial and residential projects. Building codes today are confusing and complicated; however, CCC can interpret the codes using practical applications and actual construction knowledge.
Beauford Chapman, Certified Building Official, has certifications from the International Code Council in building, mechanical, plumbing, energy and fire along with certifications from National Fire Protection Agency on fire alarms and sprinkler systems.
Inspection Services
Construction
Code Consultants provides on-site construction inspections for Architects
and Engineers who demand compliance with the various building codes and
the project construction documents.
CCC also provides services to municipalities requesting assistance with plan reviews and inspections. This service includes plumbing inspections performed by a state Plumbing Inspector licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
Consulting Services
Construction Code Consultants provides preliminary plan review services for code compliance or on-site inspections for compatiblity with the propsed plans. CCC also provides consulting services to assist in the design of a facility or evaluate a site when potential problems or unusual circumstances are involved.
